Audit Compliance

Clear Environment will satisfy all the relevant regulations concerned with a client’s clearance project.  As an Environment Agency registered Waste Broker, we complete and log all Duty of Care Controlled Waste Transfer Notes and report all movements to the client, as well as to the Environment Agency, if requested.

Full documentation will be provided to certify the volume of the furniture and effects sold, re-used or recycled and the percentages for each component part that has been recycled.

These results are verified through our stringent audit process and will encompass all Duty of Care requirements.
