If your company needs to have your offices cleared of office products and office waste material, you are probably wondering what are my budget costs?
Clear Environment will provide a full and detailed cost of each project on an individual basis, dependant on which disposal methods are appropriate.
This will be subject to type, style, condition, etc of furniture, as well as timescales and operational constraints.
Offering generic prices for indicative costs and rebates for disposal that are challenging, therefore some examples below will give an idea of why each project requires a detailed quotation.
The Worst Case Scenario
How much will it cost to dispose of twenty desks with pedestals, chairs and a few cabinets…oh, and some rubbish? Twenty old screen-hung workstations (1800mm x 1600mm ‘L’ shaped footprint) with overhead storage.
Damaged worktops, fixed wooden pedestals with keys missing and broken drawers, stained and torn chairs, broken wooden cabinets with missing shelves. Piles of folders, papers, marketing brochures and stationery products also to be disposed of.
Multi-tenanted office with no lift, difficult access, no parking/loading facilities and out-of-hours work schedule. ‘The site must be cleared over the weekend and handed back to the landlord on Monday’.

The Ideal Scenario
Twenty bench-style desks, desk hung screens (1400mm x 1200mm ‘single wave’ footprint) with metal mobile pedestals. All furniture is in good condition with branded quality chairs, medium height, tambour fronted metal cabinets with shelves in place.
Office cleared of all personal and company effects. Purpose built office unit with good access, parking and lift availability ‘We’ve moved out and you’ve got until the end of the month to clear it. Keys and access available, as required.
Potential Rebate £1000.00.
The Reality
As you can see from reading the above two scenario’s, when it comes to office clearance there are many factors that need to be looked into.
